First, find the area marked for first-time guests. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead you and/or your child to their age-appropriate room.
Primero, encuentra el área marcada para invitados. Allí conoceremos a tu familia, registraremos a tu niño en el sistema, y luego uno de nuestros voluntarios te dirigirá a ti y/o a tu niño a su cuarto apropiado por edad.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone).
Cuando te registres por primera vez, vamos a preguntarte por esta información personal (NOTA: Valoramos tu privacidad y no compartiremos esta información con nadie).
- Parent/guardian name(s) / Nombre(s) del Padre / Guardián
- Child’s name / Nombre del Niño
- Child’s birthdate / Fecha de nacimiento del Niño
- Home address / Dirección
- Phone number / Número de teléfono
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children / Cualquier instrucción especial (alegrias, necesidades especiales) para tus niños
PARENT’S AREA / ÁREA PARA PADRES
Esperanza Church offers childcare during service for infants. But we also have a Parent’s Area in the Lobby that is available for mothers and fathers with infants.
La iglesia Esperanza ofrece cuidado para bebés durante el servicio. Pero también tenemos un Área para Padres en el Lobby que exclusivamente para madres y padres con bebés.
HOW CHECK-IN WORKS / COMO FUNCIONA EL REGISTRO
Before Service: You can check-in your child at any available kiosk. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.
Antes del Servicio: Puedes registrar a tu niño en cualquiera de los kioscos disponibles en el área de Esperanza Kids. Después de encontrar el nombre de tu niño en la base de datos, tú y tu niño serán proporcionados con etiquetas en pareja exclusivamente para tu familia y tu visita. Tu niño tendrá que portar la parte del nombre de la etiqueta y tú tendrás la otra parte.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
